The Manufacturing Plant is 22,000 square feet located on four & one half acres in a developed industrial area. This plant has full manufacturing capabilities for all sign products, plus we specialize on interior sign packages. This plant combines the latest technology in the sign industry with an experienced staff dedicated to quality craftsmanship and design. Our design and manufacturing facility enables us to manage every aspect of a project to ensure that it is completed on time and is of the highest possible quality. Our vinyl and design department is equipped with the newest and most sophisticated computer equipment, digital camera, and scanner in order to reproduce or to originate any form of artwork and logo design requested by our client.

In addition to producing computer die cut lettering for wood signs, our design department cuts stencil for sandblasted wood signs, tiles, glass and solid surface materials such as Corian, Aconite, marble and brass. These are only a few of the materials used to produce quality signs for interior and exterior use.

Our product line includes billboards, point of purchase displays of any size, sandblasted wood and synthetic materials, vinyl and paper banners with die cut lettering or colored inks. Our design department uses the latest technology in scanners, plotters up to 48", colored printers with the aid of the most sophisticated sign software package on the market along with Corel Draw 10.

Our 3 dimensional router routs and shapes foam, wood, and synthetic materials into highly  defined designs with the x, y, and z cutting axis capabilities. Patterns that were delegated to hand  carvers now can be manufactured by the 3-D router with the quality and elegance of a master craftsman.

The assembly section of our vinyl division if fully equipped to route and shape poles and posts to insure the entire sign has an esthetically pleasing appearance. All installations are handled with the utmost care to insure they are secure and in accordance with all permitting and governmental regulations.

The Manufacturing Plant is 15,000 square feet located on two and one half   acres in a newly developed industrial area. The Plant is equipped with modern and up-to-date machinery, such as, a CNC Machine, Accu-cut  Letter Bender, Automatic Metal Shear, Hydraulic Brake, Paint Booth, Mixing Stations, Plastic Molding Ovens and a complete Neon Plant and  many more items to manufacturer a quality product.

This plant employs approximately thirty highly qualified manufacturing, service and installation personnel. Outside services are preformed  by five crane trucks, two service ladders and other miscellaneous equipment.

Chicago, IL

The Manufacturing Plant is 16,500 square feet located in Alsip Il in a industrial park. The Plant is equipped with modern and up-to-date machinery, such as, a CNC Machine, Accu-cut  Letter Bender, Automatic Metal Shear, Hydraulic Brake, Paint Booth, Mixing Stations, Plastic Molding Ovens and a complete Neon Plant and  many more items to manufacturer a quality product.

This plant employs approximately thirty highly qualified manufacturing, service and installation personnel. Outside services are preformed by 3 crane trucks, 2 service ladders and other platforms.
